  • Is this rental pet friendly?

    We love our pets too, and pets are allowed!

  • Is smoking permitted?

    No smoking of any kind is permitted in the home or on the outside patio.

  • What are the check out instructions?

    Upon checkout, we ask that you remove all garbage from the home and place it in the outside garbage bin in the backyard. Our dedicated cleaning staff will take care of everything else.

  • What time is check in/check out?

    Check-in after 3:00 PM

    Checkout before 11:00 AM

  • How many guests are allowed in the rental?

    9 guests maximum.

  • Do you offer housekeeping services during my stay?

    We provide initial cleaning before your arrival, and if your stay is longer, we can arrange additional cleaning services for an extra fee. Please inquire about cleaning options.

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    There is no minimum stay requirement.

  • Can I host events or parties at the property?

    Unfortunately, parties and events cannot be hosted at Savannah Coastal Charm due to this being in a quiet neighborhood.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

  • How do I contact someone for assistance during my stay?

    You can reach us anytime through the contact information provided in your welcome guide or the rental platform. We are here to assist with any questions or concerns.

  • How can I leave a review for Savannah Coastal Charm?

    We welcome your feedback! After your stay, you can leave a review on our rental platform to share your experience with future guests.

  • Can I extend my stay if I decide to stay longer?

    We'd be happy to accommodate an extended stay if the property is available. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibility.

  • Do you offer any referral discounts?

    Yes, we offer a 10% referral discount. Please, mention this to us prior to booking. We also offer military discount and past guest discount.

  • Do you speak any other languages?

    Yes, in addition to English, we speak Spanish.
